Philip Digenova, 40, faces eight felony drug counts; original charges from domestic incident — including felony child endangerment and terroristic threats — were reduced to summary disorderly conduct
POCONO TOWNSHIP — A 40-year-old East Stroudsburg man jailed Sunday on eight felony drug counts was involved in a 2022 police standoff after allegedly threatening to kill the mother of his 1-year-old child while holding a gun, court records show.
Philip Anthony Digenova and Tiffany Lynn Collura, 48, also of East Stroudsburg, were arrested at 8:55 a.m. December 22 at 793 Cranberry Road following a three-month Pocono Township Police investigation into alleged methamphetamine sales.
Both were arraigned before MDJ Daniel Kresge and committed to Monroe County Correctional Facility.

2022 — Standoff after alleged death threats, assault with infant present: Pocono Mountain Regional Police responded to Blackbirch Way in Tobyhanna at 1 a.m. on March 14, 2022 for a domestic dispute involving a gun. A woman said Digenova — the father of her 1-year-old child — assaulted her during a custody argument. While she held the infant, Digenova pushed her to the ground, put a pillow over her face, and sat on it. She retreated to the bathroom. Digenova followed and took a gun from her purse. He said multiple times he was going to kill her, she told police. She escaped through a bathroom window with the child. Digenova refused to open the door when officers arrived. Police forced entry and he engaged in a standoff for an extended period. Original charges: F3 endangering welfare of a child; misdemeanor terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law, REAP; summary harassment. Bail: $75,000 cash. Resolution: Guilty plea June 7, 2023 to summary disorderly conduct. All other charges dropped. Sentence: 13-26 days, credit for 26 days served.
2015 — Conspiracy to commit theft (M1): PSP arrested Digenova and co-defendant Ryan Donahue following December 2014 theft in Middle Smithfield Township. Bench warrant issued May 2015 for FTA. Writ of habeas corpus obtained to transport him from Lackawanna County Prison. Sentenced 6-18 months consecutive.
2006 — Receiving stolen property (F3, M1): Pocono Township Police. Sentenced 1-23 months, $14,225 restitution. Bench warrant for FTA at sentencing. Parole violated 2008.
