Corby Hall says he turned down requests to send weapons to Haiti and supply 50,000 rifles for IDF operations. Then one of his guns disappeared — and resurfaced in a federal trace hours before the assassination.
Corby Hall owns FoldAR, a Henderson, Texas company that holds the patent on what may be the most compact AR-platform rifle ever built. It folds to under 18 inches, fits in a backpack, deploys in seconds. He designed it after Columbine, where he was briefly and falsely flagged as a person of interest at age 16. His mission was to arm school resource officers with something discreet enough for a hallway and powerful enough to stop a shooter.
That mission is what brought him to Victor Marx.
Marx runs All Things Possible Ministries out of Colorado Springs, teaches a Turning Point Faith course called “Freedom from Pornography,” and is currently a Republican candidate for governor of Colorado. He secured a spot on the June 2026 GOP primary ballot on April 11, pulling 39.5% of the delegate vote. He announced his candidacy at a Charlie Kirk memorial event in Denver on September 14, 2025 — four days after the assassination — telling the crowd God was calling him to run.
According to a written statement Hall provided to Candace Owens and read in full on her April 15 episode, Marx’s interest in FoldAR had very little to do with schools.
The Pitch
Hall says Marx contacted him around December 1, 2023, requesting a demo. Hall and his then-girlfriend Melody, FoldAR’s COO, drove to Colorado Springs. After the demo at Marx’s home range, Marx asked Hall to build a signature series rifle. The Marxes invited them inside, told them God had placed “an abundance” in their path, and asked why they weren’t married.
When Hall disclosed his Columbine connection, the Marxes left the room. They returned saying Eileen Marx had dreamed the night before about a mission to protect children — and that FoldAR was clearly part of it.
Marx performed what he calls a “retooling prayer” on both Hall and Melody, a ritual where he claims to summon demons inhabiting the subject and commands them to reveal God’s message.
Things moved fast. FoldAR released a Victor Marx Signature Series rifle at the January 2024 SHOT Show. Marx attended all four days. On January 24, he married Hall and Melody in his hotel room. Months later he went on Sebastian Gorka’s show with Melody to promote the school security mission.
All Things Possible Ministries bought five FoldAR systems for one Texas high school. No further purchases followed.
The Asks
Late 2024. Marx flew to Henderson to tour FoldAR’s facilities and told Hall he needed 50 rifles for a “mission to Haiti” — drop them off, leave them. Hall told him that’s illegal exportation and refused.
Separately, Marx invited Hall back to Colorado Springs with a long-range rifle configured for 1,000-yard shots with a scope camera. Marx said the gun would be used to defend a Haitian orphanage — to “blow the head off” anyone scaling the fence, with the footage used as deterrent propaganda. Hall pushed back. Marx then revealed the real objective: to capture or execute Jimmy “Barbecue” Cherizier, Haiti’s most notorious gang leader. Hall left the rifle with Marx. Marx did travel to Haiti — CBN News aired a segment of him praying with Cherizier.
The biggest ask came in 2025. Marx offered to find an investor for FoldAR, which was cash-strapped. Hall was open to a deal on two conditions: the guns stay dedicated to school security, and the price had to be enough for him and Melody to retire.
During a walk on Marx’s property, the conversation turned. Marx said the IDF needed Hall’s guns. Hall assumed he meant for Israeli schools. Marx corrected him: “No, they need 50,000 guns for operations in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria.”
Hall stared at him. Marx told his bodyguard to step back, then said: “Do you know that I could whoop your ass right here and there’s nothing that you could do about it?”
Hall didn’t respond. After about 15 seconds, Marx started walking again.
Hall refused the deal. When he told Marx the mentorship was over and asked him not to contact Melody, Marx sent a group text calling Hall “demonically influenced” for having refused a retooling prayer. Hall and Melody have since separated.
Serial Number 02735
On June 6, 2024, Hall sold a FoldAR to a Texas deputy. Serial number 02735.
A month later, July 4, 2024, the deputy called. He said the gun was stolen from his vehicle at a Midland, Texas gas station — windows left down, someone grabbed the backpack. He said he reported it to Midland PD. No one followed up with Hall.
Fourteen months later — September 10, 2025, 9:33 a.m. Central — Hall received an ATF trace email on that serial number.
An ATF trace means the bureau has recovered a firearm connected to a crime and is working backward to identify the original purchaser. Manufacturers have 24 hours to respond.
Hall responded. He never heard back.
Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at Utah Valley University later that day.
Hall then contacted the deputy. The deputy said ATF never reached out to him. He also said he’d checked a law enforcement database — serial number 02735 wasn’t listed as stolen or missing.
Owens says she has the forwarded ATF email and has verified it. Hall provided her documentation of his communications with the deputy.
Nothing publicly connects this gun to the Kirk assassination. The trace could relate to any crime. Tyler Robinson, the suspect charged with Kirk’s murder, was arrested the next day. His defense has separately raised questions about the ballistics: an ATF analysis could not conclusively match the bullet fragment from Kirk’s autopsy to Robinson’s rifle, describing it as a .30-caliber “deformed/damaged” fragment that “could not be identified or excluded” as having come from that weapon.
The timing of the trace on Hall’s gun remains unexplained.
Who Is Victor Marx?
Birth name Vaughn Victor Kennedy. By 17 he’d lived in 17 homes and attended 14 schools. His stepfather, Gloyce Dean Kennedy, ran Army counterintelligence before operating a marijuana smuggling ring out of Jamaica — convicted of conspiracy in 1987 for importing 1,400 pounds, sentenced to 14 years. Marx’s brother Mike pleaded guilty as co-conspirator and served a year and a day. His biological father was, by Marx’s own account, a pimp, drug dealer, and martial artist institutionalized for homicidal tendencies. His paternal grandfather killed his grandmother and then himself.
Marx says he killed a man at age seven, forced by his stepfather. He says he confessed to police as an adult and was told it was too old to pursue.
He joined the Marines at 18, served two years stateside at Camp Pendleton with no deployments, and was discharged. A commenter on Owens’ show noted the Marine Corps requires a minimum four-year enlistment. He found faith at a nearby Calvary Chapel in 1986, married Eileen in 1988, and launched All Things Possible Ministries with his brother in 2003.
He openly admits to punching holes in his walls roughly once a year and tells his family not to patch them. He says he struggles with homicidal tendencies.
Marx’s Response
Marx posted on X accepting Owens’ invitation to appear on her show — on the condition that Corby Hall not be present. Owens rejected this, arguing Hall is the one with firsthand knowledge of the weapons requests.
On The Jeff and Bill Show, Marx acknowledged threatening Hall but reframed it, claiming Hall was “making weird threatening innuendos.” On the arms allegations: “Of course not. It’s illegal. How would I even be where I am today, working with federal, state, local authorities for years?”
Owens and independent researcher Baron Coleman separately found that Marx holds or held a Federal Firearms License.
Owens also flagged that Marx was the first person to publicly announce Kirk’s death — posting at 1:13 p.m. on September 10, roughly 50 minutes after the shooting. He later deleted the post.
Open Threads
The Texas deputy who purchased serial number 02735 has not been publicly identified. Whether a stolen firearm report was filed with Midland PD around July 4, 2024 is unconfirmed. The crime that triggered the September 10 ATF trace has not been disclosed. How Marx learned of Kirk’s death fast enough to post within the hour — then delete — has no public answer.
Hall has told Owens he’s willing to appear on her show with documentation. Marx is still running for governor.
