POCONO SUMMIT, MONROE COUNTY — A 25-year-old Mount Pocono man already facing felony drug charges from a September smoke shop raid now faces additional felonies after Pocono Mountain Regional Police say they caught him at the same business in November—this time allegedly receiving a drug shipment from a New Jersey supplier.
Shane Michael Scarlett was arraigned December 1 on new charges including two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and two felony counts of conspiracy. Bail was set at $50,000 unsecured, which he posted.
The new charges come just three months after Scarlett was charged in a September 2 search warrant at the All in 1 Pocono Smoke Shop at 2657 Route 940 in Pocono Summit. Bail in that case was just $250.

Scarlett is represented by private attorney William Austin Watkins of Stroudsburg.
The Investigation
On September 2, 2025, Pocono Mountain Regional Police served a search warrant at the All in 1 Smoke Shop as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. Police say controlled substances were being sold directly from the business. Officers seized marijuana, THC products, drug paraphernalia, and U.S. currency.
Scarlett was charged and released on $250 bail the following day.
On November 25, police continued their investigation. According to officials, officers observed a gray car with New Jersey plates that was supplying the smoke shop with controlled substances. Police identified the driver as Fareeq Ali of West Collingswood, New Jersey.
Police watched Ali enter the shop carrying a bag. When he left and pulled onto Route 940, he nearly caused a crash, prompting a traffic stop. Officers found bulk marijuana in the vehicle and took Ali into custody.
Police returned to the smoke shop and found Scarlett working. A second search warrant was executed, and officers seized bulk marijuana, dozens of THC vape cartridges, and U.S. currency.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are anticipated, according to police.
